These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tk44 website at tk44.bar and all related services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside tk44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and tk44. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the tk44 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register an account and use the Platform if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

tk44 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any player who provides false information regarding their age during registration will be considered to have committed a material breach of these Terms, and the Company reserves all rights available to it under applicable law, including the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the tk44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

tk44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• Selfie photograph with your ID document, as required by our compliance team

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals pending compliance review.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify tk44 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds applicable to each payment method are displayed on the cashier page within your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, subject to network availability and your mobile banking operator's transaction limits. tk44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. tk44 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on any withdrawal request it deems suspicious, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the Platform are maintained and displayed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tk44 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tk44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tk44 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria at its absolute discretion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent promotional bonuses are available as announced and may be subject to opt-in requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise attempting to circumvent the spirit of any promotional offer will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account suspended. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with tk44.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

tk44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been credited to an account prior to such a change will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which they were issued, unless fraud or abuse is detected.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the tk44 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. Bets are not confirmed until accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference is displayed on screen. tk44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on obviously incorrect odds arising from technical errors or data feed failures.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules

Cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports betting markets on tk44 are governed by the specific sports rules available on the sportsbook pages. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or voided fixture, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. The rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and pay-table information for each game are accessible within the game interface. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk44 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Using any software, algorithm, robot, or automated system to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sports markets
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds on the Platform
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward tk44 staff

tk44 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Player account data, payment information, and personal details are stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

10.1 Suspension by tk44

tk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider; or any other circumstance in which the Company reasonably believes continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

10.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the tk44 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tk44 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in the fee schedule displayed in the account settings area. The Company will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any dormancy fee is applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk44's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tk44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

tk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 10.2.
